How far in advance should I reserve?

Reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. As Oklahoma’s top rated limo and party bus service, we typically book out several weeks in advance, and during the peak season (April, May & December) it’s not uncommon for a specific date to already be sold out. We recommend you book at least 1 month out for standard reservations in the off-season. During peak season, reservations 2-4 months out are sometimes necessary to guarantee a specific vehicle. We have reservations on our books for limo and party buses rentals over a year out at all times, so be sure to call and get your reservation set up as soon as you’re ready to book!

What are your hours of operation?

Our office is typically open from 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday, and from 10am-2pm on Saturdays. If you would like to view our vehicles and/or set up a reservation, please give us a call to set an appointment before you do. We are in and out of the office on a regular basis, so we want to make sure we do not miss you when you come by!

What is your cancellation policy?

Normal reservations cancelled at least 7 days before the scheduled service date will be refunded the full fare less the 50% deposit required for booking. If you reschedule the service for another date you will only be charged a 25% rescheduling fee if the new service is within 6 months of the original reservation. The full fare will be charged for cancellations where the 7 days was not given for normal reservations. Proms, holidays, special events and heavy travel seasons will not be refunded. Please check with your reservation specialist prior to booking to ensure you fully understand NO REFUNDS will be given during the heavy travel seasons. No-shows at the time and location of scheduled pick up will be charged full fare.

What are the acceptable payment methods?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express, as well as Cash. Cashier’s Checks and personal checks may be accepted if received at least 1 week prior to your reservation date.

What is your hourly minimum for reservations?

Depending on the vehicle size and the day of the week you are interested in, we typically have a 3 or 4 hour minimum. On our smaller vehicles we may be able to do 1 or 2 hour reservations but only if it’s during a non peak dates or special holidays. During peak season we typically have a 6 hour minimum on all reservations, particularly on our larger vehicles. For specific information please give us a call at our office and we’ll be happy to discuss the minimums of the specific date(s) you are interested in.
